Christmas goodies with self taught baker Hannah Carpenter-Jacobs.

Hannah is a Home Economics teacher at Rosshall Academy in Glasgow, she qualified in 2018 and has been there since. Home Economics is taught in the for lower school but upper pupils learn Health and Food Technology. Hannah loves cooking and especially baking and has done since childhood baking with her mum and granny! She really got into baking the past few years and started her Instagram page bakingwithHannah in February 2019. Hannah aspires to have a cake shop but at the moment loves her job inspiring and helping kids and the thought that she’s made a difference to anyone’s life or helped them through hard times.
