Lots to keep us busy!

The evening was then handed over to Mary Inglis of the Briarlands Farm Park. Mary made four tray bakes and a meringue tower dessert. All four were expertly demonstrated - not easy when you are working out with your own kitchen. As she demonstrated Mary told us her journey and how she and Robin arrived at the Briarlands. Her claim to fame is when she was working at Powmill Milk Bar, Prince William arrived and had one of her Empire Biscuits! The ladies sampled the cakes over tea - all absolutely delicious! We know you are a very busy person Mary, and we really appreciate you taking the time to come to Ruskie Rural.

A delicious supper was provided by Janice, Sharon & Seona

It was a fabulous night - we all have new recipes to try!
